Marketing for Real Estate Agents
Most agents do not have a lead problem. They have a visibility problem and a follow up problem, and the two feed each other. We fix both, in English and Spanish, for solo agents and small teams across the country.

The offer is simple. Send me your name and your website and I will go through your online presence the way a buyer or a seller in your farm area would, then send you back what I find. No pitch deck, no contract, no obligation to work with me.
I am also a licensed California real estate agent myself, DRE #02196988, working through Circle Real Estate. So this is a teardown from someone who knows what your week actually looks like, not a marketer guessing at it.
It takes me about an hour per agent, so I do a limited number of these each week. Mention the episode when we talk and you go to the front of the line.
The real problem
Three things decide whether an agent's phone rings
Almost every agent we look at is strong at one of these and losing on the other two. The listings and the closings follow whichever one you fix.
Someone searches your area and you are not there
Buyers and sellers search by neighborhood, not by agent name. If your site has no page for the areas you actually work, and your Google profile is thin, you are invisible at the exact moment a stranger is looking.
The lead came in and nobody called back fast enough
Portal leads and website forms go cold in minutes, not days. Most agents lose more deals to slow follow up than to bad marketing, and it never shows up in a report because the lead just goes quiet.
Your past clients forgot you exist
Referrals and repeat business are the cheapest deals you will ever close. They dry up when nothing goes out between transactions, which is what happens to everyone who is busy.

The free teardown
What I actually look at
You get a recorded walkthrough and written findings, in plain English, whether or not you hire me.
How it works
Three steps, about two weeks
Step one
You send the basics
Name, email, phone, your website and the areas you work. That is it. Nothing to install and no access to hand over.
Step two
I go through it
I look at the site, the rankings, the profile, the reviews and the follow up path, the same way I would for a paying client. It takes about an hour.
Step three
You get the findings
A recorded walkthrough and a written list, ordered by what is costing you the most. You can hand it to whoever you want, including a different marketer.
Questions
What agents usually ask
Is the teardown really free?
Yes. You get the walkthrough and the written findings whether or not you hire me, and you can act on all of it yourself. I do it because it is a better sales conversation than a pitch, and because some of the agents I do it for come back later.
I am a brand new agent with almost no budget. Is this worth my time?
It is, and the findings will tell you plainly which items cost nothing. A Google Business Profile, a review flow and a follow up habit are free and they are usually the first three things on the list. Paid work only makes sense once those are running.
My brokerage gives me a website. Do I still need my own?
Brokerage sites are built for the brokerage, and you usually cannot add neighborhood pages, control the page titles or keep the site if you move. You can rank on a brokerage profile, but you are renting the result. The teardown will show you whether yours is holding you back today.
Do you work with agents outside California?
Yes. I work with agents across the country. Buyers and sellers search by neighborhood in every market, so the local search, Google profile, review and follow up work carries over wherever you are. Tell me your market and the areas you farm, and the teardown is built around them.
Do you do this in Spanish?
Yes. The site work, the profile, the reviews and the follow up messages can all run in Spanish, written natively rather than translated. For a lot of agents that is the largest untouched part of their market.
What happens after the teardown?
Nothing you do not ask for. If you want help with the list, we talk about what that would look like and I quote it. If you want to run it yourself, you already have everything you need.
Send me your site and I will tell you what is costing you deals
Fill in the form and I will go through your website, your Google profile, your reviews and your social accounts the way a buyer or seller in your area would. Your audit will be ready within 2 weeks. I am a licensed California agent myself, DRE #02196988, Circle Real Estate.
