Google Review Management for Los Angeles Law Firms

Reviews decide two things: whether you show up in the map pack, and whether the person reading them calls you or the firm two blocks away. We run the whole loop, in English and Spanish.

The argument

Reviews are the cheapest ranking factor you are ignoring

Google's local results weigh review count, review recency and how the business responds. A firm with 38 reviews from the last year outranks a firm with 120 reviews that stopped in 2022, and it converts better once someone lands on the profile. Recency is the part almost nobody manages.

The second half is the reading. A prospective client scrolls three or four reviews and looks for their own situation in them. If every review says "great service" and none of them say what the case was, the profile does nothing. If the owner replies are copy pasted, that reads too.

Signal

The map pack starts including you

Consistent new reviews and replies are two of the strongest local ranking inputs you actually control. Volume alone is not the lever, steady flow is.

Signal

The profile does the selling

When reviews name real situations and the replies sound like a person, the profile answers the question a visitor came with before they ever reach the site.

Signal

Bad reviews stop being emergencies

A firm collecting reviews every week absorbs a one star without moving. A firm that collects none has its worst day permanently pinned to the top.

of local searchers read the owner responses, not just the reviews. A profile with no replies reads as a business that is not paying attention.

Why replies matter

How it works

How a review program runs

Phase one

Audit and cleanup

We read every review you already have, find the ones that were never answered, fix the profile categories and services that decide which searches you appear in, and flag anything that violates policy.

Phase two

Build the ask

The request has to reach the client at the moment they are happiest, which is almost never the moment the file closes. We build the trigger into the steps your team already takes and give the front desk something to hand over.

Phase three

Run and reply

Requests go out on a schedule, new reviews get an owner reply in the client's own language, and the report shows what moved. This is the part that has to keep running, so it is the part we do not hand back.

Questions

Frequently asked questions about Google review management

Do you write or buy reviews?
No. Fake reviews violate Google's policy and the California bar rules on attorney advertising, and they are the single fastest way to lose a profile. Everything we generate comes from real clients who were actually asked.
What about review gating?
We do not do it. Gating means only asking happy clients for a public review, and it has been against Google's policy for years. The request goes to everyone, which is also the only version that survives a bar complaint.
Can you get a bad review removed?
Sometimes. Google removes reviews that break its policy, which covers conflicts of interest, spam and reviews from people who were never clients. A review that is simply unflattering stays up, and the reply you post underneath it is what other readers see.
How does a law firm reply without breaching confidentiality?
Carefully, and that is most of the value here. A reply never confirms that someone was a client, never discusses the matter and never argues facts. It acknowledges, states the firm's standard and moves the conversation off the platform.
How fast do reviews start coming in?
The first ones usually land in the first two weeks, because most firms have a backlog of former clients who were never asked. The steady flow starts when the request is built into intake, which is usually month two.
Do you handle Spanish reviews?
Yes, and they get replies written in Spanish rather than run through a translator. In Los Angeles County roughly 38 percent of households speak Spanish at home, so for most firms the Spanish half of the profile is not an edge case.

Ready to stop guessing where your leads come from?

Start with the audit. We look at the site, the rankings, the profile, the ads and how fast a new lead gets called back, then tell you which one is costing you the most.
