Local SEO and Google Business Profile Management
Three businesses show up in the map pack. Everyone below them competes for what is left. This is the work of becoming one of the three in the cities you actually serve.
The problem
Most of the searches that turn into calls never scroll past the map
Local search is unusually mechanical. Google looks at a short list of signals, most businesses get half of them wrong, and the ones that get them right tend to stay where they land.
That is good news if you are willing to do the unglamorous parts. It is bad news if you have been paying for visibility somewhere else to make up for a profile nobody has touched in three years.
We work the signals in the order that moves the map, and we show you where you stand in every city you serve while we do it.
Your Google Business Profile
The highest leverage asset in local search and the one most often left half built. Correct primary and secondary categories, every service listed and described, service areas set to the cities you serve rather than a radius you guessed at, accurate hours including holidays, and photographs that are actually yours.
The pages behind it
A profile can only rank for what your site supports. We build the service and city page structure that gives Google something to attach the profile to, so a search for one service in one city lands on a page about that service in that city.
Citations and listings
Your name, address and phone have to match across the directories that still carry weight. We fix the mismatches, remove the duplicates that split your authority, and leave the rest alone. Paying to be listed in directories nobody reads is a common way to waste money.
Reviews
More real reviews, and none of the shortcuts
Reviews are a ranking factor and a conversion factor, and the two behave differently. We build a request flow your team will actually run, so asking becomes part of closing a job rather than something someone remembers on a slow Friday.
We do not write fake reviews and we do not gate them. Both violate Google policy, and for law firms both create bar advertising exposure on top of that. What we do instead is make asking routine and help you answer the difficult ones well, which matters more than most owners expect.
A large share of local search in Los Angeles happens in Spanish, and the words people search in Spanish are not the words a translation tool produces. We build and maintain both languages properly, which in a lot of markets is the whole advantage.
How we work
Audit first, because guessing is expensive
01
See where you actually stand
The audit shows where you rank in each city you serve, who is above you and why, and what is broken on the profile and the site. No recommendations before the picture is clear.
02
Fix in the order that matters
Biggest impact and lowest effort first. You get the work delivered and a written summary of what changed and why, so nothing about it is a black box.
03
Watch the map move
Grid based rank tracking and call tracking, so the answer to whether it is working is a number rather than a feeling. Everything runs in your accounts, under your ownership.
Questions
What owners ask before starting
How long does local SEO take to work?
Do I need a physical address to rank locally?
Can you fix a suspended Google Business Profile?
Is this different from regular SEO?
Will you write our reviews or filter out the bad ones?
Do you work in Spanish?
Not sure where you rank right now?
Start with the audit. We look at the site, the rankings, the profile, the ads and how fast a new lead gets called back, then tell you which one is costing you the most.
