Tier 1 / Foundation

The Launch System

The foundation tier, for a firm or business that is close to invisible online. Positioning, a site that answers the question, a Google profile that is actually set up, and the first real search visibility.

The argument

Buying traffic before you have somewhere to send it is the most common way to waste a year

Ads to a page that does not say what you do, from a profile with four reviews and the wrong categories, is money spent teaching you nothing. The cheapest month of marketing is the one where you fix the parts that are free.

The Launch System builds the foundation in a fixed sequence: what you stand for, the pages that carry it, the local profile that decides whether you appear on a map at all, and the first search visibility. After that, paid traffic has somewhere to land and the numbers start meaning something.

Where you are nowWhat the foundation does
The site says what you do, not why anyone should pick you
Positioning and messaging written for the client's actual question
You do not appear in the map for your own city
A Google Business Profile with real categories, services and a review flow
Every page ends without asking for anything
Pages built to answer, then ask for the call
Nobody knows how many calls the site produced last month
Call and form tracking installed from day one
You are about to spend on ads to find out if it works
Foundation first, so the ads test the offer and not the plumbing
Tier 1

of four. Foundation sits below the Predictable Case Machine and the Predictable Client Engine.

How it runs

How the first ninety days look

Phase one

Positioning and audit

We start from the free audit, decide what you stand for and what you want more of, and write the message everything else will carry.

Phase two

Build

Pages, profile, tracking and the technical work, in that order, because each one makes the next one worth doing.

Phase three

First visibility

Local and service search work begins, the review flow starts running, and the reporting shows you where the first leads actually came from.

Questions

Frequently asked questions about the Launch System

Is this a website package?
The site is part of it, not the point of it. A beautiful site with no local visibility, no capture and no tracking produces the same number of clients as no site at all.
How long before we see leads?
Local visibility and the review flow usually move first, in the second or third month. If you need leads faster than that, we would layer paid on top and step you into the growth tier rather than pretend the foundation alone is quick.
Do you build on our existing website?
Usually yes, if it is structurally sound. Rebuilding a site that works is a way to spend your budget on something a visitor will never notice.
What if we already have a Google profile?
Most businesses do, and most of them have the wrong categories, no services filled in and no review flow. Fixing an existing profile is faster than creating one and usually moves more.
When do we move up a tier?
When the foundation is working and the constraint becomes volume rather than setup. That is the point of the audit at each stage, and we would rather say so than keep you on a tier you have outgrown.
Does this include Spanish?
Yes where your market is bilingual. In Los Angeles that is most markets, and the Spanish side is usually where the competition is thinnest.

Ready to stop guessing where your leads come from?

Start with the audit. We look at the site, the rankings, the profile, the ads and how fast a new lead gets called back, then tell you which one is costing you the most.
