Web Design and Landing Pages Built to Convert
A website is not a brochure. For a local service business it is the last thing standing between an expensive click and a phone call, and most of them lose that fight quietly.
The problem
The traffic arrives, looks around for four seconds, and leaves
Nobody fills out a form to tell you why they left. That is what makes a quietly underperforming site so expensive. It looks fine, the analytics show visitors, and the phone stays quiet.
We build around one question: what has to be true for this visitor to call in the next sixty seconds? Everything on the page either serves that or comes off.
Sometimes that means a rebuild. More often it means three specific fixes, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a project you do not need.
Speed people do not wait through
Speed is a ranking factor and a conversion factor, and on mobile it is usually the difference between a lead and a bounce. We build lean, compress properly, and hold the site to Core Web Vitals rather than to whatever the theme shipped with.
Pages that match the ad
The fastest way to burn an ad budget is to send paid traffic to a homepage. Someone searching one service in one city should land on a page about that service in that city, using the same words the ad used. One landing page per offer, not one for everything.
Obvious paths to contact
Phone number visible without scrolling. Click to call that works on a phone. Forms that ask what you need to qualify a lead and nothing more. A clear next step on every page, including the ones people land on by accident.
Proof and tracking
Put the proof where the doubt actually happens
Reviews, credentials, case results where the rules allow them, and photographs of real people. Placed at the moment of hesitation rather than parked on an About page nobody reaches.
Then the tracking underneath it. Conversion tracking, call tracking and form tracking configured so you can see which page, which campaign and which keyword produced each lead. Most of the sites we inherit are either tracking nothing or double counting, and both turn every decision after that into a guess.
We build in English and Spanish as a matter of course, with real Spanish pages rather than a translation widget bolted on. A translated page and a page written in Spanish are different documents, and in Los Angeles that difference shows up in the lead count.
How we work
Find out what is actually broken first
01
Audit before anything else
We separate the sites that need rebuilding from the ones that need three fixes. Rebuilding a site that only needed a faster hero image and a findable form is a common and expensive mistake.
02
Build or repair, in your accounts
Your hosting, your domain, your logins. Existing URLs mapped and redirected so nothing that already ranks gets dropped on the floor.
03
Measure what it produced
Tracking configured and verified, so a month later you can name the pages that produced your last ten leads instead of guessing at them.
Questions
What owners ask before starting
Do I need a whole new website?
How long does a build take?
Will this hurt my current rankings?
What platform do you build on?
Can you do just the landing pages?
Do you build in Spanish too?
Getting traffic and no phone calls?
Start with the audit. We look at the site, the rankings, the profile, the ads and how fast a new lead gets called back, then tell you which one is costing you the most.
