Work

Websites, Funnels and Apps We Have Built

Law firms, bilingual local services, storefronts and a habit tracking app. Every project below is live and public, built in WordPress or on a modern app stack depending on what the job actually needed.

The work

Twenty seven builds you can open right now

A portfolio is only worth reading if the links work, so every card on this page points at something live today. Some were built for clients. The ones tagged in house are our own brands, built on the same stack we sell, which is where most of the testing happens long before anything reaches a client site.

The pattern is the same across all of them. One clear offer, one action we want the visitor to take, copy written for the person actually searching, and tracking wired in before launch instead of bolted on months later. Where the audience is bilingual, the Spanish version is written rather than translated.

27

live sites, funnels and apps across law, bilingual local services, home services, health, ecommerce and software. Several of them run in two languages.

Legal

Personal injury firms

Black Diamond Law

Personal injury, full site

A complete firm site for high value injury and wrongful death work. Practice area pages, case results, attorney bios, a legal insights library and one intake path running through all of it, with an English and Spanish switch in the header.

Black Diamond Free Case Review

Intake funnel, lead prequalification

The funnel behind the firm's paid traffic. A multi step qualifier scores an inquiry against the firm's own criteria and routes it to qualified, manual review or declined, then hands staff a dashboard with CRM sync status, verification records and exports.

Geoola & Associates

Trial firm, California and Nevada

A trial firm site built to carry proof. Full practice area coverage, an awards carousel, case evaluation forms, and GA4 wired into an internal dashboard so the firm can see which parts of the page people actually touch.

Los Angeles personal injury firm

Personal injury, WordPress

The firm's live WordPress site and the ongoing work on it. Technical cleanup and lost page recovery after a redesign, a blog engagement layout, a gated guide with its own thank you path, and form level lead tracking so every call and form can be traced to a source.

Read the case study

Firm sites and the intake that sits behind them. A case does not come from a page view, it comes from a form that gets answered, so the funnel and the tracking are treated as part of the build rather than an add on.

Bilingual and local

Local services in two languages

Mount Olive Family Services

Spanish landing page, lead generation

A Spanish first landing page for funeral planning, cemetery property and life insurance. Written for the family making the decision rather than translated from an English original, with a lead form that alerts the agent the moment it is filled in.

Mount Olive, stone and bronze

Design variant, conversion test

A second design of the same offer, built so the two versions can be run against each other and the layout that converts is settled by results instead of opinion. Same form, same tracking, different visual argument.

In house, bilingual WordPress

A Los Angeles real estate site with buyer and seller guides, a full Spanish section under its own hreflang setup, and gated PDF guides that turn readers into a contact list. Built and maintained in house.

In house, IDX property search

The branded home search portal behind the real estate site. Buyers search live MLS listings on a map, save searches and get alerts, with the agent card and license on every screen.

Los Angeles is a bilingual market and most sites here treat Spanish as an afterthought. These were built the other way around, with the Spanish page carrying its own copy, its own structure and its own search intent.

Ecommerce and product

Stores, products and apps

Pineapple Aloha

In house, ecommerce

A direct to consumer storefront for a coconut and pineapple body care line, built on a 1970s hotel design system down to the room service cards and guest book. Shop, product pages, and a cart with free shipping progress and a set upsell.

G.O.D. Glory Over Darkness

In house, apparel ecommerce

Focus Flow ADHD

In house, digital products

A studio site selling short ADHD informed ebooks and one to one coaching, with calendar synced booking for both sides, a focus mode reading toggle for people who find long pages hard, and a newsletter feeding the launch list.

Innerlings

In house, web app

A gamified habit tracker where a companion grows as real habits stick. Accounts, daily focus tasks, streaks and progress all persist in a database behind the app, and it is packaged to run as an installable app rather than only a page.

Open the app

Our own brands, built end to end. Catalogs, checkout, fulfillment, accounts and admin dashboards, which is the same machinery a client store needs and the reason we can quote one honestly.

How it works

How a build actually runs

Phase one

Scope and map

We settle what the site is for before anyone opens a design tool. Who it is talking to, what the one action is, which pages earn their place, and what has to be measured for you to know later whether it worked.

Phase two

Build and write

Design and copy together, in both languages where the market needs it. Forms, routing, schema and analytics are wired as the pages go up, so nothing launches with a contact form nobody is watching.

Phase three

Launch and measure

We launch, verify every page and link from the outside, then watch what people do. The first month is for fixing what the data disagrees with, not for celebrating a new look.

Questions

What people ask before they hire us

Are these sites actually live?
Yes. Every link on this page opens a site that is public right now, not a screenshot or a mockup. Where a project is still adding pieces, such as a storefront waiting on live payments, the card says what it does today rather than what it will do later.
Which of these are client projects and which are yours?
The cards tagged in house are our own brands. Everything else was built for a client or an employer. We list both because the in house builds are where new patterns get tested first, and because you can judge the work either way.
What are these built with?
WordPress when a site lives on content and the owner already has a team used to it, and a modern React and Tailwind stack when forms, routing and logic carry more weight than the blog does. The choice follows the job. We do not push one platform on every client.
Do you build in Spanish?
Yes, and not by running English copy through a translator. The Spanish pages here were written for the Spanish speaking reader, with the hreflang and page structure set up so search engines serve the right version to the right person.
Can you work on a site we already have?
Most of the work on this page is exactly that. Taking over an existing site, fixing what is broken underneath it, recovering pages and links lost in an old redesign, and adding the tracking that should have been there from the start.
What does a build cost?
It depends on scope, so we quote after the free audit rather than off a price list. Site builds and funnels are quoted as projects. Ongoing marketing runs as one of the packages, and the audit tells you which one fits before anyone signs anything.

Want a site on this page next year?

Start with the audit. We look at the site you have now, what it ranks for, how it converts and how fast a new lead gets called back, then tell you whether the answer is a rebuild or three fixes.
